all their current ones are pants anyway what difference does it make Have Spurs seriously enquired about Saha on loan or was that a p*ss take? saha is decent, but that doesnt matter as he's in the physio room more than darren anderton was. -

The favourites, Cote d'Ivoire, had an eerily similar circumstance occur in 2011 as well, and are in a worse state than Libya. i know what you're saying but, ivory coast didnt have half their country blown to pieces by fighter jets dropping payloads all over the place.

van gaal? why? becuase he's foreign? managed barcelona? come on, you can't just throw names out there like that, there's absolutely no garentee that the dutchman would do that much better. can you really see van gaal getting on with mike ashley. cant see that relationship lasting that long.

Sums it up for me. There will always be something that can be done better. Success? Nothing has been achieved yet. Let us not forget we threw away a top 10 finish last season and this season despite sitting 6th, we are more likely to finish lower than staying there or finishing higher. If we do finish sixth then of course that will be success. we finnished higher than the season before? not success? you expect too much from pardew, we are in no state to be demanding a better manager considering where we are and where we came from. pards is a half decent manager and he's at his level which is nufc. im more than willing to stick by him regardless of how much i hate his direct approach to football, long ball bullsh1t and playing turds like ameobi upfront on his own, loads of stuff he does i dont agree with, but be fair, he's the best manager we can afford right now. i believe he can help us establish ourselves as a top 6 team, and that really is more than acceptable. he will hit his brickwall just like bobby did when he made us a top four side, but even the most hardend bobby fan would agree we were never going to be title contenders under his stewardship. give that silver fox a chance, we know he is limited, but he's still decent enough.

libya the war torn country thats currently in civil chaos. really?

I'd prefer Shepherd to Ashley because he understood football and had ambition even if it was more often than not misguided. The Souness era was disasterous for this club but nowhere near as disasterous as the Ashley era has been. shepered understood football lol

it is interesting though, if you try to think, there really isnt that many top class english managers out there. if any. why is that?
-
sourmess thought it was a good idea to farm him out on loan to celtic when fat fred gifted him the generous england michael owen i still remember people calling me a mackem on a certain site when i showed displeasure in that transfer debacle. damn regardless of how tight ashley is im still so glad we dont have the halls and sheppered in charge.

Hear hear. His blog's still s***. Its the misleading headlines, so and so.....to sign, fee agreed etc........does it no favours. No different to any other paper then Let him do what he feels happy doing I say. Very true the worst is newcastleunited-mad.co.uk and they spam my f***ing newsnow channel all the time , good job there is a hide button, but everytime i clear my cookies i have to hide those twats again that operate that shitty site. Oh yes there cracking.....i tend to just skim over them, in time you get to know which are reliable, tbf they aren't that many so it becomes easy enough they're the worst, all they do is copy and paste stories from sky and chronicle etc then change the headlines , bloody cheek lol if you use newsnow just left click on their site name next to their headlines and then click hide publication , job done. i do the same for clubcall and eatsleepsport etc so many rubbish sites out there.

i never said never, just not in the near future. not when we got a half decent manager and some continuity for once, its what our fans deserve at least. besides if your fantasy football is about a manager that stands for anti football i don't know what that says about you
-
and what exactly will we get out of him? he averages less than 2 years at staying at a single club. he wont bring us the title in that time, an FA cup perhaps? is that really worth it? for all the sh1t he brings and that means getting rid of another manager after less than 2 years in charge with pardew, 2 years then with mourinho, he then leave, another new manager will have to come in, lord know's who the hell that's going to be, but no doubt we will be up in arms, because it will be quite a come-down compared to Jose. not sure we really want that forever revolving door of managers again, at what is known as now the sports direct arena.
-
even if that happened, mourinho is a football gigolo, it wouldn't last long and he will be off to his next conquest after he had his dirty ways with us.
-
Aye, it would be truly awful having a manager of his ability here. It would be awful having a classless scumbag like him in charge that would do to us what he's done to all his other teams, turned them into a bunch of detestable c***s who will use any method of cheating and thuggery to win. He waited in the car park for the referee after the Barcelona match so he could have a go at him. What does he think he's in ffs, WWE? lol mourinho is an outrageous individual, but one thing he does give you are trophies as well as a bagful of controversial bafoonary that follows him. and his style of football and morality certainly leaves a lot to be desired. Guess clubs that employ him already knows that and its really all about weighing up the pros and cons.

in his defence, i don't think he's actually lazy. i think he's athletically challenged, and no im not trying to be funny. If you watch shola run, he gets off the mark as in acceleration, really slowly, that is due his lack of natural physical abilities. I came to this conclusion, and it is quite clear, watch when he runs at full speed and when he needs to stop, i.e. stopping the ball from running out, or stopping to not clatter into a team mate or the opposition etc, he struggles, completely, his deceleration is just as bad as his acceleration. I'm not a sports scientist, but by just observing and noticing these vital traits he has, it's very damning. I can only guess is that his history of injuries (hip problems) have clearly damaged his future in this game, when he first broke into our team, his technical abilities were raw if not questionable, but never his physical abilities, he was fast, agile and explosive. athletically, now he is just a shadow of what he was, and sadly his technical abilities are nowhere near good enough for him to adapt himself to the game. it's sad really. you could say it was too much too young. the boy has too much wear and tear and i believe his game don't belong to higher tier of this industry.

Racist Liverpool fan caught making 'monkey' gesture at Evra http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/news/Racist-Liverpool-fan-caught-making-monkey-gesture-at-Manchester-United-Patrice-Evra-article858958.html A racist thug who aimed a “monkey” gesture at Manchester United’s Patrice Evra was last night being hunted by police. He was caught on camera at Anfield during yesterday’s heated FA Cup 4th round tie. The vile pose – posted on Twitter – was condemned by Liverpool fans, many of whom had brought anti-racist banners along to the match. It came amid tension as the two clubs met for the first time since Liverpool striker Luis Suarez was given an eight-match ban for racially abusing defender Evra. The “monkey’ incident came after 23 minutes of the highly charged match, which Liverpool won 2-1 to reach the fifth round. Captain Steven Gerrard hit a shot over the bar as Evra closed him down before the camera panned to the fans where the thug, among Liverpool supporters but not wearing club colours, makes his gesture. Police immediately launched an investigation. Sources at Anfield said he faces a lifetime ban if caught. Match Commander Chief Supt Jon Ward said: “Specialist officers are reviewing match footage as a result of a picture posted on Twitter. “This matter is now under investigation by specialist hate crime detectives and we are working with Liverpool Football Club to identify the man.” Mr Ward added that there were two arrests during the policing operation and 17 fans – mainly from Manchester – were ejected for spitting on the ground and abusing stewards. The unknown racist was widely condemned from fans of all sides on Twitter last night. Bob Stone posted: “If a Liverpool fan was making monkey gestures, it should be condemned by everyone. “Not acceptable and casts an ugly shadow over a great day.” Louise Wain agreed: “Liverpool fan making monkey gestures...disgraceful human being.” Arsenal fan Andy Wood said: “Hope Liverpool FC find the moron who was making monkey gestures and ban him for life. One presumes he never celebrates a Glen Johnson goal?” Fans on Liverpool FC’s website also criticised the man. A fan calling himself Liver-01 said: “His actions should equal a life ban and nothing less. “Especially after how much the pressure is on our club in recent times and how the reputation is being affected.” TheRealSheepHead said: “There were always going to be some insignificant amoeba’s bringing the names of both clubs into disrepute. “That intellectual midget making the monkey gesture can prepare for his life-long banning from Anfield.” Before the game both managers had called for calm. Sir Alex Ferguson wrote to all Man Utd fans travelling to Anfield calling for them to behave. The United boss asked for the fans to offer “positive, witty and loud” support. And in the match programme Liverpool’s Kenny Dalglish said: “Clearly, passions always run high when the clubs play against each other but as far as we are concerned this is a football match and not about any other issue. We don’t need any sideshows.” A spokesman for Liverpool FC said: “We are working closely with Merseyside Police to establish the facts and identify the individual involved. “We would urge any supporters with any information to contact either the club or the police.”
