I honestly think the Premier League are dragging their heals in the hope the buyers get fed up of the delay and pull the deal. That way they don't have to make a decision. They probs want to say No but know they can't.

Mood after today's developments:
-
Have the Premier League not already said the games to see the season out will be behind closed doors?
-
Think Rafa would join? He's not normally one to leave a contract early.
-
Good interview that
-
What's that then? Some random Twitter account?
-
Thought the crown Prince would have something better waiting for him than a Ford Galaxy like.
So true
-
I guess it's tomorrow then
-
Personally I would love that. The man is a legend

Not long now until the Sunday rags. They'll put a dampener on an otherwise jolly thread.
I have been thinking about this and I can't see how the Premier League can block the deal. It would be a diplomatic shit storm.

That mid Saturday afternoon search to find a stream
Ha epic fail for me - using one proper jittery

BT Sport £25 for a monthly pass - that's pricey.
-
Can you get BT Sport monthly? Don't really want to sign up for 12 months just to watch football for a couple of days.
-
No one has a clue what is going on - even if it was really happening.

Who is Paul Smith?

Scored a class goal against Derby
Ah man I miss football so much

The same paper saying it’s all up in the air.
Teasing us with names of players we'll buy ....IF the takeover goes through. It's all one big wind-up.

Gouffran was absolutely terrible
Truly awful
Really bad

I bet if it was Man U they were buying it would have been done and dusted by now. It's like an exclusive club and they want to keep it that way
-
Hasn't the channel already ceased broadcasting - and did so last year? If so surely this is a nothing story.
-
James Rodriguez linked today, £28m.
Thats a good price
What's his form been like this season? Odd that BM are not taking up the option to buy him.
-
My preferred front 4 for next season are Coutinho, Zaha, Bale, Lukaku. We basically need a new forward line and I think Premier League experience is essential
Are these realistic transfer targets?
-
Stones would be a massive waste of money.
Agreed- not a fan myself. Don't think we've an issue with CBs - need to focus on Midfield and a striker !!
-
Have other clubs refunded season tickets for this season? Is it just Newcastle that haven't? If the season is completed it's pretty clear now it will be in empty stadiums. Surely they know enough now to refund people- its criminal really in this climate to be sitting on the cash.
