The club costs him nothing and he advertises sports direct for free. He's not selling ever

He makes too much money from having the club for him to sell.  Its always been and always will be smoke and mirrors - plays the game but nothing more.

it's like everything else that's going on - it just signals we're stepping back in time like the last 3 years never happened.

Has anyone actually got their money back from DD paid? If so what reason did you give? I went to bank and the only way I was told you'd get cash back was if they'd took wrong amount.

Someone on Twitter was saying ST sales are around the 23k mark. They had 36k season ticket holders last season.

Surely that'll include those who are on the 10 year deal and I wouldn't be surprised if many of those are cancelling their DD's as we speak.

I will not lie to you, I am just as guilty as anyone of having my own ideas about people and places. Before I came to Napoli, I was really anxious because I didn’t know the language, and I had heard some people talking bad about the mafia and crime and all this stuff. I had never been there, so I didn’t know if they were telling the truth.

Not only is a a World Class Manager - he is a World Class human being and for me that is the biggest loss. Absolutely gutted. :'(

4 months of payments towards next season made by me already but think i might need to cut my losses and cancel that DD. Next payment due next Thursday... i think, so guess i've got to decide by the end of the week. For those who've cancelled, how instant is the process? So i can get it done before i'm stung for another months money.

 

Just cancel your dd, I didn't even bother  contacting the club. Then ask your bank for the money back from the 4 payments. It's that easy.

What about people on the 10 year deal who have paid for next season upfront? Can they get their money back?

Think we have to write off what we've paid.  I'm just going to cancel my Direct Debt and e-mail the club I am cancelling.

IMO all of the events that are happening indicate that the takeover is done & dusted.

 

Absolutely agree mate. I mean there's a complete lack of evidence that the "takeover" ever got past even the most preliminary of stages but still, it's almost certainly complete now if you really think about it.
