By the grace of Allah ?
Keegan and Rafa back at the club...

Keys is just worried about his job when prem cuts a deal with Saudi and we get a new sports network.
This
-
Aye that'll be the FIFA in Qatar's pocket
..and you have got it in one. Football is just so corrupt.
-
If Saudi Arabia have a stake in the premier league, it’s in their best interest to limit piracy to maximise the TV revenue. This is all nonsense.
Ha good point
-
Not sure if relevant but those huge Sports Direct signs stuck on the back of the Gallowgate are currently in the process of being pulled down.
Not fooling for that again - been here before
-
He lives for attention. Why are we even talking about him?
-
Pretty sure that the 10k free ones had a condition on it that it couldn’t be renewed for next year - so they’d have to wait for general sale like the rest of us.
I was wondering that- good news if true. Place wouldn't be the same without the longtime season ticket holders back
I’m not sure it’s true. Bloke at work got one for his kid and apparently had option to renew? Absolute bummer if true.
Is it not too early for renewals?
-
Not sure if posted already but the Aussie press don't f*** about mind...
The full article from The Athletic is incredible. https://theathletic.com/1745144/2020/04/15/mike-ashley-newcastle-united-takeover/
It's the Mike Ashley deep dive we've deserved for years
Any chance you could paste the article?

Staggered so many on social media seem to rate Poch higher than Rafa.
Ha I know - Rafa would also build the whole club from ground up - the man has the vision
-
Stadium without SD signs

Some interesting and promising responses in there from Keith.
Pure guess work mind

So in theory we’re in the premier league checks stage? If so about a month until it’s announced. A few people over the last week have been saying early may for an announcement.
Depends when checks started. Depends how much PL have got on atm. Fuck knows.
True.
Interesting tweet in that “they’ve been told”
Surely they've nought else to do atm

The Athletic are probably under pressure to write content at the moment given there is little sport going on and folk are paying a subscription for it. Could be a bit of that.
Sadly, that is my viewpoint too.
Disappointed in Caulkin if that's the case but I guess he maybe had little choice if under pressure to proceed something.
I was thinking this also-
-
Two decent goals to be fair
-
Can you access the game online? Or just through terrestrial?
-
It's not worth having Leicester players in your team anymore, way too inconsistent
-
Liverpool game still going ahead?
-
Even if they did take over, UEFA have pretty much stopped any hopes of becoming a long term elite club.
This - probably ends any hope of takeover
-
Man City game rescheduled for Wed 19th Feb and therefore still part of this gameweek.
And we're back in the game
-
Of course get rid of Lundstrum and he scores
Various: N-O has lost the plot over potential end of Mike Ashley's tenure
