I don't fear Carroll as much as I do Nolan.  Carroll probably wants to come back one day and has a lot to lose, Nolan will do anything to score.

Basically, if that's not a sack-able offence, we're never getting rid.

Managers have been sacked from less - Hughton being a prime example.  So we can live in hope.
