Other than worrying about what other people think about "empty seats" (I'm not bothered personally), why wouldn't we want an 80k stadium if you could sell out for a large chunk of games, get 63-65k for a low key game, and end up with an average of about 73-74k per game?
It's the empty seats - PIF will not want to spend billions to have that. 70k is probably the sweet spot - the big cash injection will come from corporate tickets.

Can see he idolises Bruno

It's gonna be a new stadium - only viable option.

Coverage should hopefully help with upping the value of any sponsorship deals

Looked more than 300K to me - wasn't an inch free all along the route.

He’s so underrated, really like him. Has the physicality, two-footedness and workrate; looks like the perfect Eddie Howe winger. He can finish as well

He’s contractuallu obliged to stay with us, and he seems happy here, so I don’t see that risk of him leaving against our wishes and not on our terms this summer
If a player wants to leave then they tend to get their wish these days. Contract just gives us a stronger position with regards fee. He'll know he might not get the chance again to join Arsenal or Liverpool as come next year you'd assume the Striker positions will have been filled. So for me keeping him here next season is key - and a new contract would go some way to help.

A RW, Striker and CB are the priority though

What would be the point of that for us? We’d have to pay him higher wages and lose him for less than he’s worth in a year’s time. Could see it with an extension and say a 200-250m release clause.
Probably to stop him leaving in the Summer. Both Liverpool and Arsenal are after a number 9 which might not be the case next year. So keeping him here next season is key. Which hopefully higher wage and potentially CL will do.

Absolutely mint that
loved it. I haven't felt an affinity with a Newcastle squad as much as I do with this current one
