You would hope so but almost double your wages, guaranteed champions league football and almost guaranteed trophies. Joelinton would only be living a few hours away. I think we are deluding ourselves if we think that Bruno wouldn’t go to Man City and you can’t really blame him
This^
We can only hope the PL get round to the 115 charges and relegate them to League Two where they belong.

While I'd be gutted to see him leave and obviously hope he doesn't, it would be kind of exciting to see us take the spending shackles off.
Whilst I agree - it would really hurt seeing him go to City. But realistically they are the only club who can afford him.

Wasted a lot more money on Matt Targett than Dan Ashworth!
Matts been injured

I don't think his wages impact FFP so I'm all for letting him stay on Gardening Leave. It annoys Radcliffe as well which is even better.

Every club seems to be changing their DF atm

The only clubs that could afford him would be City and PSG imo
..and the only club I think he would go to is City.

Needs to be moved on for the sake of everyone involved. Anything north of £15m we should take
A fit Target is a great squad member - especially if it keeps Burn from playing LB.

Nobody is buying Targett, nobody. We'd struggle to give him away due to his wages.
I am a bit perplexed about Target as he did great when he first signed and I personally have always liked him as a player. Just seems to have been plagued with injuries since he joined permanently.

How many points did we drop this season because of Dubs being dodgy?

Not that I necessarily think we will go for him, but this is what Maldini has said about his next job ...
“For my job, the alternatives (in Italy) to Milan are very limited,” he said in December. “I could never go to another Italian team. Possibly I would only evaluate the offer of a high-level foreign team. I like winning and building. Saudi Arabia could be a stimulating option, who knows.”

Already loves Botman
Clearly has an eye for a player

I would love Maldini to get the job - he helped build a title winning side at Milan. He's also a legend.

Why do it though? The man earns £130k a week

Can’t imagine the Paqueta ban will do us any favours in hoping city don’t go for Bruno.
I was thinking that

The bit about Bruce as well... 'I think Steve thought it was something to do with mowing my lawn"

I signed him when I played FM23 and won the league with him in the sticks - maybe thats a sign

Medical department in tears
This signing just makes no sense to me given his injury record. Yes it's on a free but what does it matter if he's always injured.

Here's the full segment - Simon Jordan properly sticks it to Ashworth

His injury record is terrible.
He has missed 587 days injured in last 5 seasons. 117 days per year!.
Our track record with players like this is not good either.
No thanks. Free or not. Certainly not a priority.I know he's free but what's the point if he's injured for 1/2 a season - still lose money in wages
-
Seems City have a 20% sell on clause - I do like the fact they will get NOTHING

I forgot he was still at the club - man £60k a week for doing absolutely nothing. Cheers Bruce.
