Good luck to him.
Got a couple of important goals for us last season and has done the job he was brought in to do.
Hopefully it means we have a replacement sorted ASAP though!

With it being 6 days until the next game, that’s a Sunday to Saturday routine.
Then I’m sure Howe will want the mentality in place ahead of Leicester.
therefore anticipating close to full strength tonight.
Same here. Judging by the social media pages, it seems all the "bigger hitters" are in the building. Bring it on!

Wilson, Burn, Bruno, Isak and Joelinton all missing?

How we feeling about the chances of the World Cup lads being available for this game? Even if its just from the bench.
-
Are any of the kids mentioned ready for the 1st team or a place on the bench? Or likely to be loaned straight back out?

I'm unsure how Luke has any credibility left after the last two transfer windows.
According to Luke, I am sure we'd be better off with Ashley in regards to transfer budgets. Always says we're skint

For those discussing the Fun88 deal ending early, didn't we switch to Virgin mid-season during the Pardew era?

Can you listen to this on the radio via the NUFC official site?

Has Broja scored yet this season? Both players have arguably regressed staying at Chelsea.1 goal VS Wolves in the dying seconds of the game I think.
Gallagher/Broja should have moved on in the summer. They're never a Top 6 type of player

Would say that RB back up is a high priority with Kraft out.
Trippier won't be having a break during the WC, so would like to see us bring in a back up just incase the worst happens. Although, it's unlikely we'll be able to replace the leadership he brings.

Apparently it's due to Villa using a sub due to a concussion, meant we got an extra sub.
Never knew about this rule until 5 mins ago

Maybe he’s really struggled adjusting there, hard to imagine he’s started acting like a dick but maybe if he’s feeling low or irritable it’s affecting his relationships with the rest of his team
Wasn't it him and Vardy who went to the owners to get Ranieri then Shakespeare the sack?

Thanks for all the positive comments folk as always.
The poles on which the ticker were situated had castors on the bottom this time so to ensure there was less weight when manœuvering (is that a word). Therefore we'd stacked each banner upside down prior to the display. Each banner then needed collectively turned before being split to poles and handed to individuals. It seems one or two banners had been turned on a pole by pole basis rather than a batch and subsequently got the whole banner tangled.
Was a real shame and I was really disappointed yesterday as it was the only black mark on an otherwise fantastic day. Also, the amount of effort and planning that went into it just made it all feel quite personal when it didn't go completely right. At the end of the day though, lessons to be learned to get it right next time and you cannot win them all.
At least it hopefully played its part in inspiring the team to win. Which is why we do it...
You are all doing an amazing job. Match days without Wor Flags just isn't the same. Deserve all the praise in the world for all the creativity and effort which goes into each display.

Man U I take it?
Cant stand Newcastle fans calling them united for fucks sake?
One of my biggest pet peeves in football. Man City are usually referred to as 'Man City', but Man Utd are always referred to as 'United', despite there being 15 others with United in their name (in England)

1.4 billion spent on players. Glazers OUT!

This has been coming. 5-1 and 4-1 scorelines don't flatter us one bit. The fitness levels are so incredible compared to any previous manager. Everyone is so, so energetic. Players like Almirón, Murphy, Longstaff who at times were written off now all look like they can play a part.in a good side. Brilliant coaching. Our mentality is special.
You could say 2/5 goals today were due to the fitness and pressing our team does. Amazing to see after gasping for air after 20 mins under Bruce.

Without two very important players and no record signing, I reckon that's a good point.
This team is only going to get better. Ideally with a loan or two before the window shuts.

Starts for Watford

The add-on's part of the deal suggest its us who've made the bid. Seem to include add-on's to bulk up the offer since the takeover.

Targett injured so Dan Burn left back and Botman comes in at centre half. Other than that same team.
So Pope and Targett both out?

Where's all the Cornet rumours come from? Can't find any links

If the budget allowed only one marquee signing and both Diaby and Paqueta were up for the move, who would you go for?
Diaby. Purely because the alternative is to give Almiron or Fraser the RW slot again and there's just not enough output coming from either of them. They graft and always give 100%, but if we're thinking of Europe next year we need more.

During Gordon's brief cameo, he seemed a lot more lively than ASM and surely has to start ahead of him for Bournemouth, as we already know they'll have 10 men behind the ball.
Very impressed with Gordon, he is so direct, exactly what we needed.
