Kaka, we have a shit manager. Tactically we are poor. But that doesn't mean players get a free pass 100% of the time. In moment to moment gameplay, Lewis just isn't very good. Not taking on players ever: that is his decision. Two thirds of crosses not being accurate is because of his skillset.

We signed him as an attacking full back. Fine. You expect a trade off, better at attacking, not as good at defending. But he doesn't take opposing players on. Ever. And that's not on the manager. That's his fault. If he is one on one with the other teams right back, he has to try and take him on. He never does. He bottles it and turns around and passes the ball back. Every. Single. Time. Add onto the fact that he cant cross a football we have been absolutely robbed paying 15 million for this quality of an "attacking full back."

Just because we have shit manager doesn't mean you can't criticise a player. He got relegated last season with a team that conceded loads. This season he has literally done nothing. These are facts.

His attacking stats this season. 0 goals. 0 assists. 0 through balls. 0 big chances created. Crossing accuracy of 39%. Two thirds of crosses aren't accurate FFS. He has a shit manager yes but those stats are minging.

Perhaps he hadn’t done a good job with that supposed team spirit after all? No the team spirit is f***ed now. Clearly not playing for him. I know confidence is a huge thing in football but I wonder what’s changed this season for that teams spirit to completely go? We played shit football last season but we definitely had good team spirit and we never went on massively bad runs (worst was 3 losses then we picked up 4 points from next 2 games away to Wolves and home to Chelsea). We always picked up a result when we needed one. This season Bruce has nothing tactically and the team spirit looks shite now. We need to get Bruce out and somebody new in. We can improve but if nothing is done, we will pick up 1 point from 5 games at best and be totally fucked tbh.

I said that last season was okay, because the takeover was key and I thought it would go ahead and we could move on. At start of this season, I said it's it will get worse under Bruce and that we are likely to be in a relegation battle. At start of season, I said we need a new manager to make progress.
