  1. I think this is the whole point. My understanding of supporting a football club is of course that you don't stop during hard times or when the team is losing. But that is literally exactly what you've done Where's the rest of my post? Because the rest might true mate but at the end of the day, that's what you've done And that's fine, you're entitled to do so.

  3. Half the premier league man
  4. Fuckinghell man All this because someone dares to renew their season ticket If you're this angry about it mate and you really want to make a change why not go the ground on match day and tell all these fans how much of a disgrace they are and that they should be ashamed of themselves? Answer the question. He hasn't say that though has he I didn't think it was a serious question tbh
  5. Like you give a f*** about Bruce's previous employers man, just throwing your toys out the pram because he's not Rafa Because he's s**** no? Statistically one of the worst ever Premier League managers. . Finished 13th and 10th with Sunderland, if he can do that here then he's done a very good job. I'm hoping he can replicate that, thats what you do as a supporter you just have to hope that things turn out well. I wouldn't have chosen Bruce but it is what it is Embracing the dream there........Just think guys, one day we'll be able to our grandkids of the day we beat Sheff Utd at home to secure 13th spot under Steve Bruce. What's a football club in any case? Thats football for you in 2019, and there a hell of a lot of football fans that you would dream of being 13th in the premier league

Fuckinghell man All this because someone dares to renew their season ticket If you're this angry about it mate and you really want to make a change why not go the ground on match day and tell all these fans how much of a disgrace they are and that they should be ashamed of themselves? You keep saying this but I'm not sure what point it is you're trying to make. Well apparently the fans going to game are cancers of the club, just as bad as Ashley and should be ashamed of themselves for going, right? Now if I like yourself thought that boycotting would get rid off Ashley, why not do something about the fans going to the games? Why not try and speak the fans that are going to the games? Surely if these fans are so bad and are cancers of the club, you would take some form of action? Why not go to the fans who have been going to games longer than a lot of people on this forum have been born and tell them that they're a cancer to the club and should be ashamed of themselves?

  8. OK, put aside the 'get him to leave' argument then. What are we supposed to be supporting? The shell of NUFC is surface level only, inside it's possessed by Mike Ashley. All the things that clubs are supposed to represent, it no longer represents. It's actively against most of them. The players on the pitch deserve our support, the likes of Ritchie and Lascelles have run through brick walls for us in recent seasons. We've also got a brand new manager who's walked into a complete mess who deserves our supoort this is some of the least joined-up thinking ive ever read some professional athletes have run about a bit and steve bruce has walked into a terrible situation with his eyes wide open, so they deserve our support I'm not sure you quite understand what supporting a football club is about like

  11. Ridiculous stance Because he's not a big name manager like Rafa? Look at Rafa's first 10 games last season. He did very good job overall last season mind
  12. surely you can see that a sub-40k crowd live on sky would turn the focus to his running of the club? That I agree with yes, it would. An empty stadium would put major pressure from the media towards Ashley. But Ashley is not the type of guy that likes been told what to do, you can put as much pressure on him as you like. But the bottom line is he sells the club when HE wants
  13. But the point you're missing is the fact that Seymour has already accepted that, because he wants to support the team, not the regime. He's happy to try to survive in the league. If we don't, he's happy to try and get promoted. If we don't, he's happy to try and avoid relegation. If we don't, he's happy to watch us against Lincoln and Bradford every week. It's not about success for him, it's about being able to cheer Jack Colback and make sure he plays well. I want more, I'd love to be more that just a club that fights relegation. But you're right, I have accepted this is the position that we are currently at. I'm very happy for you. I look forward to your positive contributions in any match threads where you're unable to go to the game. Nah You can be a season ticket holder, support the team and not the owner and still be pissed off cos Gayle has sliced one man

  16. Calling me a cancer If 45k+ are cancers to the club then why not go to the ground and tell them all that then? Why not do something about it to get rid off these 45k+ cancers? If I felt as strongly as you and I thought boycotting would get rid of him, then I certainly would. Why not do something about the fans going to the ground?
  17. We all want Newcastle United to be better. You just have the opinion that if we boycott, have an empty ground that will get rid off him. My opinion, is that he'll sell when he wants regardless of how many are in the ground or not. He'll be on a beach or something man, propably getting pissed in casinos with wankers like Wise, as if he'll be even looking at the attendance figures
  18. From Fans Forum minutes, 23rd September 2013 Yep, nowt to do with Ashley, that. And since that, Ashley has come out in an interview and said that the aim is to win a trophy... And he won't leave until he does And you believe that to be true when he's just decided that he would prefer Steve Bruce to be the manager instead of a guy with more major honours than almost anyone else on the continent? I think your dependent might be telling little porkie pies. Thats not really the case though is it? He wanted to keep Rafa, but he didn't have the same vision that Rafa did for the club so he didn't stay and I don't blame him for that.
  19. Thats YOUR opinion, just because fans on here keep saying it, it doesn't mean it's true. A large proportion disagree, that's the part that nobody seem to be getting. A large proportion think that the manager and players deserve the backing from the fans which is why they go to support them. Just because people on here keep saying that if you go to the games you're just as bad as Mike Ashley, that doesn't mean it's true.
  20. Thick, selfish, spineless doormats. They’re as much of a problem as Ashley is, he knows it and relies on them continuing to willingly be s*** on whilst simultaneously stuffing cash into his pockets. If they can’t see it now then they never will, f*** them. If that's the way you feel, then let them know. Do something about it if the fans who are attending are just as bad as Ashley See individually that's impossible. Hence the reason why the campaigns are setup, social media is used etc But you know all of this. Is it? Why not get a great big group of you then? And then you can tell all those naughty fans for daring to go the football ground in which their football club play in. Why not get a great big cage at the turnstiles and stop every f***er from getting in, and then you have your dream of an empty stadium? Then Ashley, a guy 5000 miles away sat on a beach will definitely sell the club, honest. Well a large group is boycotting, and a large group are attempting to educate people, so not really sure what your point is? None of us dream of an empty stadium. We dream of enough people to boycott a single game to start to make a stand. But a lot of people have accepted the fact that Newcastle United (top 20 richest clubs in the world) are a yo-yo club, deliberately getting knocked out of cup competitions early in order to concentrate on the league. As people have said, if you've accepted that, you have absolutely ZERO right to moan, complain, boo etc about the club getting relegated every few years. A large group are educating people  I'm glad that you've split the team up like, very organised. So are you saying Rafa deliberately got knocked out of the cup then? ? Im sorry like but Ashley doesn't pick the team in cups, if we get knocked out in the first round it's got f*** all to do with Ashley and if we get to a final then it's got f*** all the do with Ashley either. The criticism/praise should be with Bruce. Wait wait wait, you surely realise when I say that a large group of people are attempting to educate people, I don't mean that there are people walking around town together yeah? I just mean that there are a lot of people, both IRL and social media, that are having the same conversations that people on here are having with dimwits like you. Ah yes, dimwits like me Why not just go to the ground and talk to the fans who are 'just as bad as Ashley' why not go tell the people who have been going to games since before you were born how ashamed they should be? If you love the club and think boycotting is the only way of getting rid of Ashley then surely that's what you'll do?

Well, you know Rafa is actually on record following the 1-1 draw with Blackburn stating that the club couldn't expect a cup run because they needed to concentrate on staying up? So you're saying that Rafa got knocked out of the cups deliberately??? Howay man
