Momentum turned in our favour when he came on, no doubt. Great dinky chip cross

How are they set for strikers after Solanke's exit? I've got a feeling we'll do them. 2.0 to Eddie's Mags
-
Wow, no way. Must be some dodgy shit he's done.

Great film. You must be a young un !

What about the pen at Sincil Bank ? Granted, not quite as meaningful

First away for me was Blackburn. Think I was about 15. My Mam wasn't too happy. In those days the hooligan element was horrific of course, something parents don't need to worry about too much in 2024, thankfully.

The Corner for me until about 87 when I transferred to the more genteel Milburn paddocks. Great memories.

Gallowgate for me. What a crush outside, remember queueing for ages to get in. Think it was 50p to get in in those days !

Great post and summary, Heron 👍

Totally this

Someone should ruffle his hair in public. That'll rile him.

Regardless of what happens, my one take from this is the unsavoury playing out of every bid in public. Really poor form from Palace (correct leak assumption?). I didn't know who Steve Parish was before this whole saga. Seems like a total bellend. Absolute archetype of a cockney wanker

It's gone satisfyingly quiet in the media

Mackems out before our season has begun. Shame

Simon Jordan, Alan Pardew then this fella. Seems to be a Palace ego-spiv-suntan-shinysuit thing going on. An enclave of estate-agentesque flash boys

Agree. I suggested, way earlier in this thread, that Guehi has instructed his agent to complete the deal. He wants it. He's sitting at home chilling. Eales has Netjets on standby
-
Don't think he'd fancy the SPL anyway

Liked him. Aggressive, some good feints, turn of pace and looked comfortable overall. Yes, a few ungainly moments. He's barely met his teammates ! Nice finish but was deffo offside.

Totally agree. Madueke would be great under Eddy's training prowess
