I had just restarted watching Newcastle and English football in general the summer of 2021. That was a dire period. Eddie must have spent a few sleepless nights wondering how to turn the Titanic around before he hit the iceberg.

Well, just finished watching the game. What do you Brits call it? A hiding? Very disappointing, haven't read any of the thread for obvious reasons. Two beatdowns in a week is depressing but there is lots of the season left and I didn't sense any quit, just players running on fumes. Feel free to disagree but these guys need a holiday.
