I would imagine for what they paid they will grow the gap between what the club is worth to great heights eventually.

Same here.
-
That is that.

Bruno style backheel goal!
-
Brilliant save.
-
Nice! Newcastle on the laptop, the Lionesses on the big screen.
-
Sure, he can come in when Burn needs resting. Or more likely Schar.
-
Agree on Lacelles, disagree completely on Pope. Agree for the most part on the other players.
-
Tripps to Almiron is the next big thing.
-
Pope is getting peppered.

That can't be saved by a human.

Nicely done.

Cool, I can seem to watch it!

I was able to watch the first friendly from the USA but the second one was nowhere to be found. I likely can't watch so you lads need to let me know how they look.

One of the youtubers I watch does a yearly breakdown. They earn plenty if they work hard. I know a few gaming channels and with less than 1 Million subscribers were able to quit their day jobs. Earning barely anything is not correct unless you have very few subscribers.

Leeds sold 110M worth of players and bought 110M worth. or thereabouts. Look at the Newcastle outgoings.

As an American I just had a fellow join my team from the UK who is an Arsenal fan and season ticket holder. Can't wait to talk football with him once he can officially join. Arsenal do seem good. Wait times before you can start a new job in the UK are kinda crazy from an America perspective.

That is a thing with owners of many sports franchises. Cash flow can be an issue and must be managed. Premier league money is huge so they better get back next year.
-
That's the part I certainly misunderstood. That's a really cleaned up way to look at it.
-
No they are not. Profit/Loss across a rolling (what is it 3 years? ) window and these payments can get amortized across years depending on structure so when they hit the books matters for that rolling window.
-
I would imagine you reference the very same keeper I saw live tonight. His own team killed him dead. What an angry man.

At the end of the day, is that bad that more goals get scored? Just shifts the premium on other skills.

From an Everton forum: "The Minnesota players aren't even celebrating the 4th. They were told they'd get a tough match against a premier league side and this bunch of soufflés turned up instead." "FFS, we have been utterly bummed by the Minnesota #&$@ing Loons This was not the end to a crappy day I was looking for The transfer thread will be a diaper makers dream tomorrow" "Newcastle doesn’t seem so bad now eh Gordon" "We must be the only English club to go to America and come back with less fans. That was embarrassing. Totally and utterly embarrassing." "Not just in terms of the performance and scoreline (especially our first team being 3-0 down at half time), but then the behaviour of the players in terms of the diving (Gordon), fouls & late challenges (Mina, Nkounkou, Dele, etc). An absolute disgrace from these so called professionals. We’ll have done ourselves no favours in “gaining exposure” on this tour. Spanked 4-0 by an MLS team and the sh*thouse personality of our players shining through."

Gordon looked good, real active with runs and hustle. DCL didn't show too much. Pickford was extremely pissed the whole first half. Had a great view on that.
-
Lampard's gotta be pissed. Minnesota United now up 4-0. I was there for the first half, had some knee issues and am watching the second half from home but man, Everton is getting run off the pitch. Did see many Everton supporters, didn't see any Toon jerseys but me.
