He's the captain of my FM22 Newcastle save in 2028. That does seem like a real bargain.

You lads think Wilson and Trippier start?
-
I hope they play within 300 miles of my city, I'd 100% go. Everton is playing Minnesota United in July in a friendly, given it's 5 blocks from my house I'll be there for sure.
-
Limerick would be tough with that. I'd go haiku.
-
I think I would do that. Fair amount of money but huge boost up top.
-
Depending on the cost, I'd love DCL. What sort of cost is being speculated?
-
Somebody watches that shite? I loved it from 1967 to 1979 to be fair.
-
One they could sign that wasn't an insane amount of money. They over payed for Wood but he had a release clause and time was running out. For the record, I'm not privy to all the agents they talked to. My guess is that they had plenty of better options that failed for the obvious January reasons.

Well, just finished watching the game, I recorded it as I was out this morning. They got humped as expected. Everton refuses to fuck off and City blasted us. Good to see Trippier and Wilson out there at least. It was always an impossible task so I won't lose any sleep.

Next thing you know some nut will attach themselves to the goal stopping the game for 15 minutes. Hey, it could happen.
-
Plus if he's homegrown it helps registration even if he rarely plays. You don't want a whole team of those mind.

I agree in the sense that the league is up for grabs at home City need 3 pts, kill these fuckers they will be very ready to do. This lot are creme of the world. If we get anything I'll kneel down in complete admiration. Howe should be sainted. Then maybe knighted.

We're gonna get beat to a bloody pulp. Eddie, do your magic, a point if you please.

Wow, just watched the City-RM match. I DVR'd it while working today. What a game, I thought a Liverpool-City final would have been fantastic since that is also the league final so to speak. I think City will knock us into row Z this weekend. Both of those teams were so good.
-
Added benefit is the message to other transfer targets. Team is getting better and aiming higher. That would tangible evidence of it besides the January window and table position.

Not sure if you guys are familiar with this site, I use it for American Football but it has a Premier League site also. Show how many losses would eliminate them from a table spot finish. http://www.playoffstatus.com/english-premier-league/epl-losing-magic-numbers.html

"By this point, Dan Ashworth must have one of the best kept lawns in the South East."

That's very cool. Will have to do a Lady Mags save in Football Manager once the women's league are added next year or the year after.
-
Saved it with his face from point blank.
-
He's solid as hell. Would love to see him signed at some point.

Just dragged my ass out of bed. How are the lads looking?

For me it was kinda funny. I started following the Premier League again for the first time in 20 years in August last year but didn't catch too many Newcastle games. I showed up for a video conference with my British IT manager counterparts and was wearing a 2004 Newcastle Home shirt. One of them said "Wearing Saudi colors mate?" - had no idea what he meant but after the call saw the news. Watched every game since as I had Newcastle merch, liked the team and wanted to see where the project would go. It has been an amazing several months. Edit: I should add I was a huge Newcastle fan way back then. That was the team I supported.

Would agree. Sure is fun to watch the guy though.
