Yeah I’m not one for conspiracy theories but do you not find it strange we got drawn against three of the four teams to beat us last season for first three games? i know it levels out as everyone has to play everyone but I honestly thought when I saw the fixtures “there’s gonna be some serious over reactions here”

A draw at old Trafford, Stamford bridge, arsenal and a win at spurs is only ‘meh’ to you? We took four points from six from Man U, six from six from spurs. we’re still in very early days of this project and the fact that two out of the last three times we’ve played Liverpool we feel upset as we should have won, a team we haven’t beat since 2015 is signs of progress to me. When saying things like “I feel he might not be elite” - just be careful what you wish for.

All season for me - love Howe but he says he picks on form but clearly has a script.

Last season Man City beat us 5 - 0, to say we created more is seriously cherry picking the stats.

You could also say though after tonali went off both of their goals were set up by a too easy pass through the middle. Something they hadn’t managed when he was on the pitch .

Arsenal needed goals this weekend and got them. Liverpool needed goals Abe’s got them. Man U needed goals and got them, we had loads of chances ands didn’t get them. That’s the only difference in then teams and us at the moment imo. however, all three results this season are all better than the same games last season so there is some evidence we’re moving in the right direction.

Both goals - straight ball through the middle, exactly the same as the two they scored here last season.

Jesus Christ mate, but of perspective- so far all three results this season have been better to the same games last season and we’ve played three of the only four teams to beat us last season in our first three games. Even though it’s two dropped points I’d we draw then it’s hardly a car crash.
