he’s got good vision hasn’t he. I’d not noticed this about his game until the last couple matches ..mega promising for next season
-
incredible near end story to his career .. great stuff
-
and he’s a geordie !
-
we finished in top 4 last season. and if it wasn’t for injuries we’d probably be finishing 5th or higher again this season. he’s been in the heart of the midfield all the way through .. he’s a fucking decent player imo
-
they needed another mowbray type manager who was proven and could consolidate them as a top half championship club, pushing for play offs each year until they were ready for more
the muppets are clutching at straws now
-
think people forget emil has like 40 odd caps for Sweden. he looked class filling in for Trippier when he injured his foot. I know he’s maybe not “the answer”.. but he’s a half decent player when in form

Just don't like how quickly people dismiss him and want to sell him in the summer. I know it's football but for me he still has a role to play even from the bench.
yup this. god i wish we could keep him fit, but being benched a bit more often might be how we manage him

this lad should have a season around the club like the young bunch- Miley etc. 25 games and 9 goals at age 19 in the Eredivisie is a pretty good achievement
-
such a shame we can’t get a full season out of him.
-
make this beer your last one and get the bus home
-
I really don’t want him to leave, but if it was a toss up between Isak or him, we could replace Bruno (to an extent) .. there ain’t many Isak’s around for less than 100m
-
I can’t see Arsenal paying 100m for another midfielder when they need to spend that type of fee on a striker. City though are a different kettle of fish
-
yeah, such a shame his injury has meant us only seeing this in the final stages.. looks sharp as fuck

what would people make of us just bringing in maybe only one new player for a fee if it meant keeping 39 and 14?
I would be. We’ve got a good team if we can have them all fit at same time to choose from.. the question that’s been raised this season is strength in depth though.. keeper, centre back, and centre forward because wilson is never fit.. i suppose midfield needed cover this season at times but tonali was signed to address that

Why are they even thinking of getting rid of Poch, man? He's a very good coach, trying to work it out with a disjointed mish mash of young players. Just let him get on with it.
They always want the latest shiny thing man, such a joke club.
similar to some that were wanting rid of eddie because we had a dip in form alongside an unprecedented injury crisis 😆
-
like someone said earlier, he was looking sharp pre season. let’s hope this is him picking up where he left off. got good feet and vision this lad
-
pay him whatever he wants. irreplaceable for us atm
-
double that fee to even get a reply saying no
-
-
we need him for after match photos

weirdly there seems to be some kind of police base above darras hall off of Ashcroft road, so you'd think that would put people off the area.
it looks like a normal housing estate but has some big police building in there and the entrance has a security checkpoint.I always thought it was one of those private gated communities where the rich people live, but I guess not.
Some of the houses in darras hall are proper nice, wonder who lives here with a huge garden and lake
be the police training centre. used to be up there years back.
