They're both big games and we'll be significantly weaker without him, but returning from a soft tissue injury and playing three times in a week sounds like a recipe for another spell on the sidelines. Feels like he damned if he does and damned if he doesn't.

we done man u with gordon upfront. maybe give isak a 30 min run out saturday as sub? but if eddie thinks he’s fine to play, i’ll trust his judgement. 

we have to play him at psg surely

was a decent second half all things considered, just missing that final clear cut chance for a goal. caught on the break for the second. shame, but at least we had a go under difficult circumstances.  

it’s crazy isn’t it. he’s literally blown out if the water what most people were saying about him in summer (need upgrade, time to go blah) .. then you have  dummet and krafth putting a proper shift in when needed, after literally zero game time. nothing short of remarkable. love it 

feel so sorry for him. he’s such a good lad, never gives up and is turning into a solid reliable winger for us. Hope he recovers fast from surgery 

doing well isn’t he .. 

unreal what a drilled defence, quality coaching and a bit of confidence can do for a player who’d lost his way

totally get what you’re saying. but it was difficult conditions with weather and pitch yesterday, game was finely balanced.. maybe it was the right decision who knows 

if he’d stuck tino on and we conceded a goal everyone would be moaning bad choice from eddie. I’ll trust eddies judgement of where these players are at and how much faith he has in them for the situation at the time.

I’d like to see the new lads start the cup games though 

he’s a class player. we have done ok without him, but glad he’s back now -especially with injuries piling up
