Why would they need to ? Why spunk several hundred million on us if its not imperative as a way of us winning cups , leagues etc ?

Lol will do . Would love a new stadium on Castle Leazes too but cant see them wanting to spunk a few hundred million on it .

How many levels do you want on the Leazes ? 9 ? 10 ? Need to provide oxygen masks as standard : )

Well , we will see in the next five years or so but dont be too shocked if it doesnt happen ( ground extension )

As it is . They can change the inside a bit upgrade it etc but i think the potential for extending the ground isnt there

If you were building on Castle Leazes youd just build a new stadium whilst retaining St James Park then when the new build is ready you would take SJP down . No need to play elsewhere at all

Hence the Sela fanzone park thingy which would attempt to draw in as many fans as possible before , during ( ticketless fans ) and after the match . Profits increased without extending the ground . Tbh i cant see a ground extension or a new build . Its just not cost effective

Thats not going to happen . Training facilities will continue to be upgraded as will the team but the stadium is not a priority

Football Fan channels on youtube generally dont generate lots of views / £ . Every once in awhile there'll be some horrendous gink like True ( ! ) Geordie but they usually have to diversify into other subjects to maintain and grow an audience

Doubt we will build a new stadium . Why would they spend hundreds of millions for not that big an increase in capacity ? Likewise i cant see the east stand or the gallowgate being extended . The cost wont justify the paltry increase in capacity . I reckon they will go through the motions of looking into it but the Sela Fanzone Park thingy will be a cheap way to attract and squeeze cash out of fans who cant get tickets and that will be a handy stream of new income they otherwise wouldnt get .
