It's where ST holders can "sell" their ticket for that match, back to the club.
-
I think I'll only enter the ballots for categories that don't include level 7 now, obviously will reduce the chances of "winning" but I'd rather watch on TV or in Shearers than sit/stand up there

LWC L7 was shite, there's barely any noise even though it's close to the away section, no banter between fans. Loads sat all game with their phones out and a load of empty seats. The bar/food area and the queing is even worse Obviously some people must prefer to be up there, but fk knows why ?♂️

With the ballot and no option to choose, was stuck in L7, right at the back, last row , £37 for membership, then the "luck" of the draw and another £44 later. It's a no from me ?

Gullible members would be more accurate

@Greg This is the response from NUFC complaints ref the cup package for members ..... Membership allows Priority access to tickets to home matches via a ballot – strictly 1 ticket per member. We did announce on our website on 16 June 2023 that we anticipated that any unsold cup scheme packages (which had been made available to season ticket holders) would be released to members but have since reviewed this decision in order to allow access to matches for more of our loyal members by selling on a match-by-match basis, which increases the chances via the ballot system for members to potentially be able to experience a Champions League home match at St James’ Park. We do reserve the right to review and change membership benefits throughout the season and please note all benefits are subject to availability. I have attached our membership terms for you https://www.nufc.co.uk/media/78083/membership-terms-2324-final.pdf where points 3.4 and 3.5 specifically provide this detail.

Nowts changed from day 1 with the ticketing process this season in that nobody has a clue how they are working it
-
-
You can only do that during a set window for each game, currently they do around a week before the specific game, and you have like 2 days to sell back to the club or pass onto a friend
-
Aye, I missed out, again. 1 from 4 and that "win" was a single ticket for the son.
-
Ballot entry for Burnley opens today at 1200, and they hope to advise who has tickets for Man City today by 1300 What could possibly go wrong
-
Was in the platinum on Saturday and I've noticed the receipts for the bar now show "NUFC Hospitality" rather than Sodexo that it was last season
-
Burnley tickets not there for sale or ballot
-
No idea, but it says "sale will commence at 1200" and its counting down just like the usual old que system
-
-
I'm sure they are corporate seats, so wouldn't be available anyway, but it does get peoples hopes up that are still trying for them
-
OK, I'll leave it there Cheers
-
I've not seen any mention of the second ballot after it was published when the Liverpool details were ?♂️
-
What happened to the mythical "second ballot"? What happens if the cup game doesn't sell out? They haven't left much time to do a general sale, and I cant see them having pay on the door
-
Ah, but don't forget, this new way of getting tickets is more fair. ?

Leazes level 6, they have been there all morning
