ShearMagic
I've said before, the very best we could put out is Beye and Faye, imo. And play Carr at right back? Or buy a right back?

I'm not saying that should be our centre-half pairing, but I think it is the best one we could put out. It might be to the detriment of the team to move Beye from RB, though. Guest melikesmags
Faye & Taylor Faye is solid as a DM, but I prefer more ability on the ball from a player in that position (keeping the ball, and (re-)distributing it wisely - not just winning it) Then again, I might just be asking to much... EthiGeordie
Once Faye and Beye comes back from ACN we will be good defensivley after that it is amatter of working on the creativity part of our game.
Yorkie
Faye and Taylor, and we should keep it like that, keep it as our crux for seasons to come. There's loads of potential there. Faye is fantastic aerially, a big bastard who will more than cope with physical strikers and also deceptively fast, i honestly didn't know he was so quick. One of Taylor's main plusses for me is that he commands and organises the defense well, they listen to him. He doesn't suffer from nerves either, like Caçapa and Rozehnal. He too has a decent turn of pace and is strong. He certainly has flaws with concentration but will improve alongside the likes of Faye. [Opinion subject to change with imminent arrival of Richards. M] Faye's pretty good at defensive midfield, but he's better at centre-back and more useful for the team at centre-back.
Lotus
Taylor can look suspect when the ball goes wide, be it crosses or losing his man at corners. Also i don't always think he senses when to get tight to the forward. Still, i'd have him over Roz and he's a lot stronger than Cacapa.
