I'm sure it's more complicated than Steele simply offering to play for free though. Remember though this is a kid who's wages won't amount to nearly as much as they do in the PL, it's possible he can't afford not to be earning but if he's happy to play for free then I don't see any reason why he shouldn't have his day out at Wembley.
