Cheap prices, real fans, offer KK the managers job, no over-paid prima donnas, fan owned. Newcastle Blue Star. Aye, Newcastle fans buy them. Liverpool fans are seriously looking into such an idea, should we not given the current state of things not only at our club but within football? NUFC fans all mouth, always have been. Once the fans bought the club for 250m how would they fund the manager's transfer war chest? Raise another £50m? Its called revenue, ever heard of it? Or would we all raise more cash to pay his £24m 3yr contract? If a team in Blue Star's division started getting 5,000 gates they'd rise pretty fast naturally. Personally, I'm not sure the current situation is bad enough to call for this reaction, but let's say Ashley sits tight, and appoints Dennis Wise- then I think a lot people would be up for it. Plus it wouldn't all be about ashley-bashing, it'd be another team Newcastle fans could watch playing competitive football and with the same if not better atmosphere for a much lower price.
