Ishmael Posted August 15, 2009 Share Posted August 15, 2009 Seems since we've shipped out most of the first team squad we've ended up with players who can form a solid and balanced first XI. Although we do need a lot more depth. I imagine that a few characters (egos - whatever) have left the dressing room and we now have a team of similar motivational preferences and determination. When we get some long term injuries (and we definitely will - we always do) there'll be no-one but inexperienced youth players to plug the gap and I'd rather not take that risk. We've had a good start to the season and a bad stretch of results could ruin any possible chance of an early return to the premiership. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
