Delima
Has Milito recovered from the injury ? Milito, Chygrynskiy, Maxwell, Márquez, Bojan - still very star studded
Village Idiot
Milito came back to training just a couple weeks ago, this is his first game. @thespence: just one year ago a team with Pedro and Busquets in the lineup would have ellicited the same thoughts. Dos Santos and Jeffrén are decent prospects, and Assulin - who isn't playing - is also a great promise.
Thespence
All of them looked fucking woeful, especially Bojan. I can see Bojan being the new Javier Portillo.
Village Idiot
Bojan is in a worrying downward spiral. It was quite telling that Guardiola picked Jeffren in front of him for the CWC. But he's still young. Pity though, he was very good at the start of the season until he got injuried. I think he still has it in him if he sorts himself a bit, he's always nervous in the pitch, trying to impress, and that hurts him.
Thespence
I know it was just a kick about at night for a euros in Kuwait but a Barca XI should not be struggling to a 1-1 draw with a team like Kazama SC.
Village Idiot
I think you're overly harsh though, half that XI played two days before a game in the Spanish third flight. Not really a concern.
Thespence
I thought is was stopover game after the World Club Champs, Barca actually sent players over there esp for this game . Hopefully the Arabs will demand some £££'s back as I reckon that crowd was expecting a puka Barcelona team.
Village Idiot
It was penciled in the contract what kind of players we were expected to bring, and apparently we abided by it.

Village Idiot
Tonight? We aren't playing again until the next year. Unless you mean Catalonia - Argentina
Thespence
Tonight? We aren't playing again until the next year. I thought your NATIONAL team was playing the Argies tonight. Who is Messi playing for?
Village Idiot
Messi's down injuried. Funnily, he's elligible for both (would have played with the Argies though). And yes, I haven't gone to watch the game. It's cold and rainy
Thespence
I read Messi was in a tizz that people in the country of his birth reckon he more Barcelona than Argentinian. Are the lineups for game out yet? Cruyff wanted a full house
Village Idiot
I read Messi was in a tizz that people in the country of his birth reckon he more Barcelona than Argentinian. Are the lineups for game out yet? Cruyff wanted a full house Catalonia used to fill the Camp Nou just 4-5 years ago. Interest has waned over the years though. I myself stopped going to these games (I haven't lived in Barcelona for the past half a decade, but I always spend Christmas in here). No lineups yet. Messi is Argentina 100%, he really loves playing for them. Not his fault Maradona is cack.
ponsaelius
Bojan played in that Kuwati game then? He was supposed to be in the squad for the Catalunya match.
