He was the one that RM wouldn't offer in p/e for Modric, there's been talk about Joselu or Morata being available though one is in talks about going to Germany but JR was the one that AVB wanted. Thorgan Hazard will join his older brother Eden at Chelsea after he signed from Lens for an undisclosed fee. The 19-year-old played just 11 times for Ligue 2 club Lens but has also represented Belgium at Under-16, Under-17, Under-18 and Under-19 levels. He follows Eden, 21, who joined Chelsea for a reported £32m from Lille in June.
