I spoke to my friend at the uni about the new badge. Apparently the uni have given the design team permission to start designs, however they have not made a final decision on regards of them putting one forward, it all depends on if they come up with a design that they feel is worth it. Apparently the club want designs to be submitted during the summer time with a decision on which badge they are going to use in late summer. Apparently retaining the current badge is also a possibility if the various designs don't impress them.

In 2015 Wilkinson set up his own property company which he called, no.28 properties.

Such a shame he's limited himself to such a small share of the potential market.

Got to feel for him. He's shit and a bit of a thug, but he's a local lad to Stoke and loved playing for them. Literally put his head on the line for them as well.

One for Brummie

Paul Lambert has revealed he was "delighted" when his ordeal as Aston Villa manager was finally brought to an end.

He said: "Some of the things that were going on were never right so when it [the sacking] did actually happen, I was delighted it was going to happen."
