Newcastle-Online poster Interpolic thinks that's quite a lot of money but not as much as if they'd let his contract run out and had to replace him.

The other day, West Brom offer us a risible 2m for Ciaran Clark (who has just had his best season with us). We have apparently just offered them 1m for Lescott.

Clearly Tim loves his bantz

Thing I've always thought about Sherwood is he'd not be below something like making a derisory counter bid for a player from a local rival and then ensure the details were leaked to curry favour with fans of the club he's managing.

In short I'm still convinced he's an utter bellend.

Fee still isn't agreed for Di Maria. They're offering £44m, but we want around £52m.

Guy might be staying you know. Spineless wee fuck. Young is better anyway.

£6m for Falcao. The difference there by the way is that Falcao actually fucking tried, and was professional even though we didn't want him. Di Maria is just a wee cunt.

Aye he's in there Kets.

We've fined Di Maria £360k for not showing up by the way.

£6m for the loan aye, but his wages (£265,000 p/w)  takes the loan to £16m give or take.

No idea how much Di Maria was on but would imagine it'd be somewhere close.

£180k.

So about £32million lost on 2 players for 1 season who were both utter s****.

Here we are getting excited about us spending 3m more than Man U's pocket change.

I was taking the piss for the majority of last week. I think Di Maria is a class player like, but he's clearly a wee prick. Same as most of the Argentinians we've had. You don't go AWOL because you want to move elsewhere.

Depends on whether you want to be serious or not, but if you ever want to know anything about Manchester United you know where I am. My sources are concrete.

 You know I'm joking right? I do generally know most things about the club. Only news I have at the moment is that Di Maria is staying and Pedro is coming in.

Village Idiot

When does Di María's contract end? Considering amortisation ManU might be turning a profit here, never underestimate the magic of accounting.

He's contracted until 2019. I saw someone work out something online with that amortisation and he said that we would be making a profit on him but to be honest I don't even know what that word is and assumed it was nonsense. :yao:
