The two Premiership clubs are believed to have been in contact with Cid, and are on red alert after he declared an ambition to play in England. Cid has not been able to nail down a regular place this season under coach Ricardo and has asked the club for crunch talks. He will be free to leave in June, and could refuse to pen a contract extension if he is not given more opportunities.
