Various: Mike Ashley in talks with Sheikh Khaled bin Zayed Al Nehayan

Recommended Posts

I mentioned a few months back that the sale had been agreed depending on our safety, but couldn't really bring myself to believe it given Ashley's track record.....even now, am still highly sceptical, mainly because good things don't happen to us. Will try and contact my pal in Abu Dhabi in the morning to see what he knows.

Would certainly explain Rafa turning down some seemingly very decent jobs mind.

rafa knows a good bet,he,s played a blinder

Would be classic Newcastle for the PL to finally take the “fit and proper person” test seriously now

Ashley will last minute demand another £100m watch it

If it really is agreed and signed then it’s too late. If it’s at the stage the Sun claim it is, the the club has been sold, but the FA transfer of football league status has yet to be transferred.

You don't know that, your opinion it's not happening, but you don't know for sure

Only thing stopping me for a 3rd consecutive  :fwap: is that this guy was apparently a bit flakey on his Liverpool bid.

Sky staying surprisingly stum on this. Wonder if there is anything in them having something to run with in the morning?
