"I don't know how the current United players live their lives now, but I'm sure they live very professionally,"

:frantic:

yes, of course he did

I'll be sure and clarify with you what he meant to say next time he issues another statement

Guest Northern Boys Love Gravy!

I heard that he has huge scaffolding placed either side of the training ground pitch so he can record it and look down on the practise matches during the training sessions, he records it and then puts it onto a computer (abit like the "Football Manager" games- when the games are playing).  This is supposed to help him notice how things can be improved during the games and possibly what different options the player with the ball would have, i guess its looking at the possibilities of space on the pitch during a game. I also heard on a documentary once that he even wires the players up during these sessions to look at their heart rates and breathing techniques, and at the end of the training sessions he chats to the players 1-2-1 to talk about the players fitness. But i love the fact his training sessions and eating habbits are so in depth. He doesnt leave anything out! I dont think anyother manager does anything similar at all, he just puts so much detail into everything  . (if there is another manager, i stand corrected)

I think what you meant to say is 'I expect you would probably be able to pick a fight in a nunnery'

Well, considering their wages, i can't imagine they inhabit trash cans and i can't say many of them are short of six-packs, so i probably agree with him.

Depends what he means by professional, i suppose.

a six-pack is a very easy thing to achieve if you exercise more than twice a week

That's assuming your diet is right of course.
