We did ok because our wingers looked more effective. Woltemade did nothing that I can recall. They’re both a bit shit atm.

I’ve spent ages on here saying I really don’t like our 3 man midfield system and I want us to sign a proper number 6 or a proper number 10. However, I haven’t won us a trophy in my life so what do I know.

They should, but moving Barnes to the left will benefit him rather than the strikers. Neither of them looking competent is the bigger issue. Perhaps they were both poor purchases but given how far down the list they both were it’s hardly Howe’s fault. Although he hasn’t pressed his magic “make the players play well button” you think he should have, so maybe it is.

Switching our wingers over won’t help our strikers score imo
