Fingers crossed only put off until the Summer.
-
And to all who like him and are disappointed by this:
Ahahahahahahahahahaha.
Queue everyone moaning and hating on whoever replaces him too if they ever talk too loudly when a 'top' team scored. Haters gonna hate.
-
Oh Andy Gray, how I will miss your constant bumming of Alex Ferguson
So is he a ManU fan or a Liverpool one?
-
I think MOTD will take Andy Gray.
Nah, lame gig. He needs to be out there, hopefully ESPN. Or aren't linked with Sky somehow?
-
What a load of bullshit.
-
Am I the only one that would miss these then?
No. Maybe not so much Keys as he's there just to host and get people going, would certainly miss Gray. All three (with Tyler) are part of a team that are the best, imo.
We get so many examples of bad coverage from other channels and bad commentary yet these lot still seem hated. Other than 'haters gonna hate', doesn't compute. Any replacements would get equally hated if not more, of course.
Having said that, it is a good thing they are being punished for those comments. Just hopefully nothing long term, or that Keys takes the brunt of it

People will also just notice more when something is said against Nufc, and then quickly forget the good things. They used to fucking love our Keegan and Sir Bobby teams as well as players like Ferdinand, Shearer or Beardsley.
-
I think Redknapp is right here tbh. Despite Gray having a good point also.
Well that's fine too, at least he's presenting a case for a debate. To call him 'despicable' is a little silly. Same school of thought that is constantly accusing them of being always biased yet biased towards different teams depending on the weeks.
-
remember this? This was just despicable from Gray I nearly put my foot through the screen when he went on like this.
Nothing wrong with what he's saying there really, like a great majority of the time. The constant criticising of their actual aptitude as hosts/commentators I find really puzzling.
-
He's also supposedly played his 'best' football when injured.
Just using this as an excuse to justify being terrible, which we've also heard from him plenty of times before. "I'll be great very soon, honest!"
-
Echo the stuff HTT says too about the guy. Maybe I'm remembering things wrong but at the back end of last season he was just about as much of an on field liability as he is now. Showed against Stevenage that we have no idea how low his level actually is.
It might be a shame that we have to rely on this sort of injury for him not to play any more but if that's what it takes: good.

The design of the shirt isn't that bad. I quite like it, really. Only problems that are still a pain are the quality and the big patch on the back.
-
Imaginary card waving dick. Can't even take a throw-in properly.
-
That celebration is bloody great
I wonder if he will keep it next season or use a new one.
He'll be done after this season. Probably won't get a single goal next campaign. If he does I'll...

Spurs v Man United should be a good un n all
Really looking forward to this one. Both teams play similar fast pace stuff. Could be fun to watch.

Lose the next two (which could easily happen against Spurs & Arsenal without Tiote) and we could be in trouble again! Given how close the league is, I just can't see how anyone can think that we're safe!

I remember sitting and theorising about it with the bloke behind me during one particularly dull game a few years ago (the one with the paper aeroplanes, unsurprisingly I forget who the opponents were that day.. West Ham maybe).
Crystal Palace

naturally, found them staying on instead of the usual cut to commercial while the pre match ritual was done by "the best fans in the world" summed up their bumming of liverpool
They always do the same about the Newcastle support. Wonder what other fans think of that.
-
Ooooh.... That seemed pretty soft.
Edit: Meh, I guess.

Isn't this the sort of thread we always mock RTG for?
Arrogant Toon fans, innit

Plus got to love the logic... How is a magpie walking about like it owns the place a good thing?

First instinct was 'good, I guess', but we don't have any more games against Sunderland this season. Might as well cash in.
