that'll be colback trying to murder one of the other midfielders in training then
In Jack's world that equates to letting play go by, hiding behind his opponent and then pulling his arm.
Getting back in the team could take a while.

It's slick but very NBA/NFL.

the hatred of local players on here is staggering at times
Nah, what you're talking about there is the hatred of shite local players who get given a pass for being shite with a lot of people precisely BECAUSE they're local.
This is where he hammer meets the nail's head.
Giving local players a free pass for too long says a lot about where we are as a club. No coincidence that we finally let go of players like Taylor and Shola and they can barely even function a much lower levels.

That huge luminous advertising screen they put up near the top of Northumberland Street is an abomination. Sums up some of the development, occupying space just for the sake of it with no effort to blend in to what is already there.

[emoji38] perfect.
Need to watch that again.

Best news of the season so far.
... like a new signing!
-
Was at a disadvantage as well wearing Nikes.

It was also very instinctive, so yeah there's an element of luck, but that's what players train for and in that split second he executed well.

That Matthew Taylor goal should have won goal of the season. Not sure which one did in the end (maybe the Scholes volley), but it wasn't Taylor.
One of those cases where if anyone high profile had scored that goal it would still be shown regularly today.

Certainly up for this.
And most probably around during Oct/Nov weekends

He has already developed slightly by cutting out the ridiculous red and yellow cards.
I like Mitro, but the cynic in me would say that is mainly to do with the team not being on the back foot, chasing games or being under pressure as much.
We'll soon find out this season.

Like when we got thumped in preseason in 2009 and that was supposedly the moment that set us straight for the season and the players had it out with each other after the game.
Surely someone spinning that on RTG.
-
Well, it could be their Leyton Orient.
... Nah, probably not.

Comic Sans for a medical practice...

Think Marseille have already released their home kit but that would have been a fantastic template for them to use.
-
Have we just released the first ever leather football kit?
Can't unsee this now.
-
Aliexpress it was, I think.
Seems quite baggy for an L also, no?... Not that it's what stands out the most
-
Same shorts on the nufcdirect store have the regular badge though... That one with the red crest looks quality though.
Now that I've seen it, would be disappointing for not to figure prominently on some of our kits. As usual with Puma, the unveiling of the kits is quite disorganised
-
That shirt.
It looks like there's three teams involved in that photo.
-
Atletico must have seen the new Sunderland home shirt and said 'I bet we can make a red and white striped shirt even worse than that!'
And yet they still failed, imo
-
Huddersfield claim the worst kit in the PL crown.
And we see what our Puma stripes could have been... Phew.

I've come to the conclusion that Alves is the best Right back I've ever seen like. Better than Cafu even.
Amazing player and absolutely top quality on the ball, no doubt. But also one of the most tedious attitudes on a pitch.
Which is why I'm not looking forward to seeing him play more often.

Oh, there's a money making scheme for you here, Ope!
