1st half summed it up well, Hughton desperate for a draw... our king of pussies is in a pickle now! No fucking where to go though.
-
Sick of these pathetic performances. Some of our games are true voyages into nothingness. Bunch of pussies.

I can't see this being a good idea. You'd see more defenders hacking down players as last man if they know they'll only get a yellow for it and take a chance with the pen.
Maybe it could be put in place for keepers. If a keeper does bring an attacker down in the box as the final hurdle (not deliberately of course) penalty + red card does seem a bit harsh.

Just to put this to rest then:

You can just about make out where his forearm is, which is where contact happened. And it's somewhat obvious it's in front of the line, so yeah no pen.
-
\o/ Thought it was bit weird.
Regardless what the rule is in reference to his feet, they were on the line and his arm was raised in front of him then it cant be in the box
Well if his feet were barely on the line and his arms in front of him when he handled then, logically, that would suggest outside the box.

Huh, well I am surprised by that
You learn something new...
edit:
I haven't actually seen the incident by the way. I was just commenting from a theory point of view.
-
can anyone tell why, that scottish cunt andy gray was saying if it's handled on the box line it's a penalty, i'm sure if you found on the line it's a freekick
that would be correct. The line is part of the pen box. For example if the ball was just sitting on the line, the keeper could pick it up with his hands.

Terrible judgement from John Terry

A lot of clubs nowadays do DVDs of all their wins. Means nowt. We had the same after Blackpool and they do DVDs of every match.
Exactly, there needs to be a shift in mentalities about this. If they are offering this for every game, win or good performances and fans are happy to buy them then why shouldn't they?
Pretty cool service even.

Keeper away.

Wasn't sold on the home one straight away, but the more I saw it in action the more I liked it. Got mine with Rooney 10.

Looks worse with long sleeves. Will probably look the business with name and numbers and with the patches etc...
-
Good shout actually. Especially about the crowds.
The similarity I see with Marseille is how the city lives for the club, bordering on obsession, the managerial kneejerk changes and trophy signings (since early 90s of course).
-
Marseille in France definitely.

How the hell is that a red?
Almost anything is in Spain it seems.

Thought it was a good move to give to someone straight after Shearer retired. Glad they did. Yes the number does have a somewhat heightened meaning here, but it's also way overdone. As said it's the players that have made it great.
Hopefully someone will wear it next season.
-
if your name is gerrard rooney lampard etc yes, if someone does it on them then they should be banned for life. Don't you know how sky commentators work?
and here comes the usual rubbish.
-
Don't know if I really agree with bookings for silly shoves like that when basically everyone is getting involved, as long as it's nothing much. Could have just told Anichebe to calm down.
-
This is getting painful to watch
-
Nice attempt to give the ball back by Babel
-
Frustrating play that from Everton... every player wanting 5 minutes on the ball!
-
That Pienaar tackle really is atrocious, can't watch it too many more times.

Nolan not quite Messi is he? Fucking hell this is embarrassing. They shouldn't bother moving us for live TV.
