  1. If Huntelaar was to leave I would for him to come here. Owen/Martins/Huntelaar as a strike force would be brilliant.

If Huntelaar could replicate any kind of form here that he has shown throughout his career so far... then we'd might as well flog Owen off.

  2. I wouldn't say one individual stands out, a few have had good seasons, such as Milner, Butt, Martins and Taylor but nobody has had a really good season as of yet.

    Same.

Would agree too. Having a tough time deciding on one player. There hasn't been overwhealmingly good performer throughout.

  3. I really don't think the "second season syndrome" thing (or whatever number season) applies to Zoggy, because he simply hasn't been playing.

If he'd been a regular and under performed then yes, he'd deserve criticism. But he's been shafted from the first 11 pretty much. And did show big signs of improving when he put some games together.

Most of the criticism is simply unfair. Edit: Just like the post below

WHat's that a list of btw?

  5. Inferior to what? to who? Owen? On paper yes definitely, but maybe not over the course of a whole season. Apart from Martins (and maybe Owen) he is better than any striker we have.

  6. ^ Just what I was going to say... If we're going to have another half season Owen next time round, or him drifting out with injury all the time, then I'd rather have Kuyt. Even though on paper Owen pisses all over him.

But there's no way of knowing that. We'll have to hope Owen is fixed.
