  1. It'll soon be accepted wisdom that Ben Arfa was noticeably disgraceful yesterday, same as it is that he was at Everton earlier in the season.
  2. Christ I'm fucking foaming after reading that shite.
  3. No it's true and something i've banged on about for yonks, defensively set up but we still concede goals at an alarming rate. I swear i piss myself every time i read someone say he set us up ok at the back, that couldn't be further from the truth. He mentions it so often that some have automatically assumed it's based on fact. "Tell a lie often enough and it becomes truth." Joseph Goebbels. Rather have him as manager. In fact I'd have any of the Third Reich.
  4. Good angle there for a clear shot through the pair of them. Missed opportunity tbh.
  5. Anderson "didn't see this coming, thought we'd have a real go at them" I don't know anyone who didn't think we'd get humiliated.
  6. You've answered your own question. Reminds me of the 5th season when everyone wanted him in instead of Obertan. Waited three months then picked him against Man City (a), Man Utd (a), Chelsea (h). Dragged him off at half time in the third game then dropped him for the next game against Norwich.
  7. "We was energyless." Wish I was as well-educated as Alan.
  8. If I worked high up at BBC Newcastle, I'd be cringing hearing that on my radio station. This is meant to be elite sport, not a school fucking sports day.
  9. Someone asked about Pardew. Anderson: "This is a manager who took us to 5th two years ago."
  10. Anderson: "All you want is players to run around" then said Ben Arfa didn't do that.
  11. As usual, Total Sport barely sees mention of the manager. Players, players, players.
  12. "The keeper Rob Elliott did well, and in midfield I thought Anita ran around, he did well, but the rest..."
  13. He's said "run around" about twenty times so far, as the main reason we didn't play well.
  14. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/26785499 Cheers Alan.
  15. In charge for far longer too. I was always confident Shepherd would pull the trigger at some point, this currently feels never-ending.
  16. our goal difference was bollocks before this game, meant to go back and look at the GD the season we finished 5th but there's no point, already know it'll be marginal I think it was about +5.
  17. Working wonders with his hands tied imo.
