I can't quite remember when i saw it but it was in a financial report the likes of Maguire does via twitter. Its Usmanov their other shareholders company who sponsors them irrc. He'll also sponsor the new ground for £30m.
-
Nothing to worry about, this simply doesn't stand up in court and we will drag them through it again. We'll point back to our commercial income before Ashley and show it was above Everton & around Tottenham and that really is our true value. They'll ask why these restrictions to protect clubs weren't forced the other way, with NUFC being bled dry by Sports Direct for 14 years. Are they going to allow for the very conservative amount of £10m a year lost and allow us to recoup the £140m owed to us? Most importantly they'll ask why so many other clubs have deals such as Everton's £12m a season training ground sponsorship, the deals which keep Citeh afloat and the whole game will be blown wide apart. I'm looking forward to it. Bring it on. So many legal cases ahead for the PL to pay for.

We need 5-6 new faces if we want to stay up. 2 can be loans but they'll need to be big loans to buy, not loans to do other clubs favours for game time. A Stones loan to buy should we stay up we be a huge statement of intent. I believe he was Staveley's No1 target when talking about bringing Rafa back 18months ago or so.

Think that would be decent but Kamara would site further back, so you'd still need someone else with legs next to JWP. Maybe Willock, JWP and Kamara sitting behind them.
-
JWP lack athleticism which is what we need most in the centre imo. Remove his set piece ability and i'm not overly convinced, feels like a Nolan situation where 'all he does is score goals' but offers little else. Still i'd take him as he'd end the reign of terror which is Shelvey.

The club will appeal any decision against them in court if necessary and it will be the clubs who pick up the bill via the PL as less money is distributed between them to cover legal costs. PL were lucky our side walked away without asking them to pick up the £10m legal tab. If they want round 2, 3 and 4, I say bring it on.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/59064569 He's dealing with a lot atm, hope whatever it is he gets well soon. Hated him back in the day, now I understand him better its hard to not root for him.

Think in Kompanys case it was that the transfer was arranged but didn't sign until end of the season as he wanted to finish his a levels.

My worry with him also. He’s a complete package and would want full control
-
naa, both under contract but one wants to be here and hate by the fans and the other is loved where he is with bigger offers coming his way.

1. Gattuso (win £500 and that’s more important to me tbh) 2. Fonseca (just like everything I’ve read about him) 3. Rafa (safe option and known quantity) 4. AVB (think he ticks a lot of boxes. Also win £250 if it’s him) I don’t think we have a chance of landing Conte, Ten Hag etc… so no point even going there.
-
Well if @AyeDubbleYoo was given a second chance.

Bent put the 1st nail in their Premiership coffin by leaving them and he put the last nail in by relegating them to league 1. Glorious.
-
they support whoever NUFC are playing 1st and Sunderland 2nd. It’s no wonder they are where they are.
-
Feel sorry for Fonseca, at this point without having any inside knowledge he looks like he’s being treat as the backup plan. Which is great for us, at a minimum we’re getting someone like him but of course there is a chance someone better is also interested. Lovely position to be in.
-
He would be daft to leave Ajax for us in our current state. I can see why Overmars would though.

Just another 18 more years to get through.

Dilligaf….. It was apparent to me very early on that the U.K. media weren’t going to cover this as they should, it’s getting far more coverage outside the U.K. than it is inside it. TV pundits have been absolutely craven, I’m not going to mention them by name as there’s too many. The BBC and ITV are doing all they can to swerve it. Sky Will actively promote it for obvious reasons. I think it’s going to have to be the likes of us to press this as best we can. The KSA regime will no doubt have been told that we will soon lose interest because as football fans we aren’t very bright and have the collective attention span of a housefly. The mags have, but thankfully we aren’t all like them. The Saudis responsible for promoting this takeover will be shitting bricks and praying for this to go away. Its up to us footy fans with a conscience to make sure it doesn’t. Two questions for anyone wondering why this is such a big deal. Do you think this is good for football? And if you do Have you ever wondered how you’d feel being a yard away from someone having their head hacked off? Its not often folk in the street can hurt a regime like the KSA. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to give them the kick in the knackers they’ve had coming for such a long time. Shitting bricks ?????
