They need to get their players fit and bonded as a team, they have some great individuals like VDV and Sneijder, but they don't play like a team. If they could get Drenthe to put his mental issues behind him and get him to step up they could build a good side. The biggest mistake of our fans is that they don't give foreign players a chance, not even for a season. Batty had never taken a penalty before that miss in 1998 yet he still showed more leadership qualities in doing so than Adams, who was hiding in the centre circle at the time.
