  1. Am I seriously missing something? So that wasn't your original point? I'll leave it at that, you're such a grand man at times, never wrong.
  2. Ronaldo seriously man, take a break. Best ref couple years ago was form Uzbekistan ffs. Webb who is supposed to be the best from the fastest league in the world makes continuous mistakes on the international level. I think a good ref is a good ref no matter where he comes from. Belgium, Uzbekistan, Portugal have all produced good refs over the last couple of seasons and none have been in an extraordinary league. Jonas Eriksson isn't a bad ref, and I don't see how anyone can blame him for anything yesterday. Sure it looked outside the box, but 99% of the world's top referees would give a red card and I bet half would give a penalty. Why did you quote my post? I've not even seen the incident and I don't give a damn. I'm simply saying the idea of referees recruited for such games from tinpot leagues doesn't sit right with me. Yeah, and I answered that your idea is ridiculous. You're basically saying you'd rather have Webb refereeing those games or spanish referees (who are as bad as the PL refs) instead of top referees like the one from Turkey, Portugal or Hungary?

I'm convinced that the correct punishment for the foul in the goalscoring position, regardless of whether it's inside the area, should be a penalty and a yellow. That would cut this sort of controversy out, and be a much fairer punishment all round. I don't disagree, but at the end of the day that's still a red card in today's football until something is done about it.

  6. I was honestly bewildered by their posture and approach. That whole midfield bunches up and leaves space behind...I mean the performace was sub-Pardestini. Posted pre-match. Clichy and Kolarov on the left flank was enough to know how this would end up.
  7. Looking at him is disconcerting. It is. Teemu still edges it by being 55 years old. This guy comparing Lundqvist to Selänne. GTFO
  8. Said it before the game, he shit the bed man. Why he let them play to their strengths, really disappointed.
  9. Wow, coz I think you've played w***. Are you not watching? 10 men, yes they've kept the ball. s**** upfront for a supposed attacking team. They've controlled possession away to one of the best teams in Europe as well as scored two. Not the best I've seen from them, but one of their better performances this season. It doesn't matter if they 'control possession' when it's 0-0. Hate that phrase, become what the likes of Swansea fans use as daily w*** material. When I talk about controlling possession I don't talk about passing the ball around the back. They dictated game tempo, they pressed high and controlled the game rarely let City get onto the ball.
  10. Neymar is w*** and Brazil has significant socio-economic issues. Fuck you.
  11. Doesn't make it worse that Valdes has been immense this season. Made a good or two saves today that could've changed the game if he didn't.

I'm fairly sure that was a joke Oh right. You never know with TT so he's only got himself to blame for that.

  14. Visca Barca! Neymar best player in the world. Brazil ends this tie. I'm happy.
  15. Because he hasn't played in the PL? He's played for pretty much all the top clubs he could have FFS 2 years in Spain granted, but most of the rest in that horrible Italian bollocks and now France. Just a shame such a great player has been wasted like that. Jesus Christ. Ron Brittania is seriously the most fitting name I've ever seen anyone be called. Get a grip. Where could Ibra have gone to make his career better? The PL, it's not the be all and end all man, he's played for Ajax/Milan/Juve/Barca he's literally don't the opposite of waste his career Saying Ibra has wasted his career playing for 5 historically enormous clubs in 3 nice cities (Turin being the only meh city). Aside from 2 years at Barca he's played for the biggest clubs in leagues outside the big 3 that average less in attendances than the Championship. He's a better player than that. Just one year actually. He's one player that I agree should have achieved more given his ability (which is saying something given his trophy cabinet). I rate him immensely but his eyes haven't always been on the prize and I feel he could have been mentioned in the same breadth as Messi or Ronaldo, he has that much ability. Sadly, he's been coasting since he left Barça, being a king in a frog pond. But can't fault his career up to that point. That's such pro Barcelona drivel I'm a Barça fan But dunno how that's pro-Barcelona drivel. I just said that after stuff broke down over here he seemed to give up and chose destinations with little ambition. Little ambition? Really? Won the league every year except one since he left no? Been close to going to the semi's in the CL multiple of times as well. Close to beating you guys. I'm no Zlatan lover, but that's harsh on him.
  16. Is Lescott any better than Demichelis?
  17. Only 16 goals, the s*** c*** I could score 16 goals in La Liga playing up top for Barca tbf. And then I'd definitely win Swedish Athlete of the Year. Unless Ibra goes to a proper team in the meantime. You're so jelly of that Swedish athlete of the year title. I want to know who else wins it. It's gotta be just him and Lundqvist trading the statue. Bunch of cross country skiers and curling players man. Show some god damn respect. Be damned if Curlers are taking it away from Zlatan and Lundqvist. Who else is Swedish? Jonas Jerekbo.

Milan is awfully boring. If you have no care for culture and nice food then sure.

Was in the big three when he was there. They lost that 'title' two or three seasons ago.
  21. I would've loved to win it. I mean I'm as swedish as him.
