Dunno what happened to 'we demand a team that tries'. Some people with very short memories on here.

Thats Southampton gone. Just fulfilling fixtures from here on.
There are a few players worth picking up from them when they go down

Who is this Khaldoon fella that all the Man CIty forumites seem to think is some kind of superhero?

I can see Pep jumping ship at the end of the season. Maybe a few years at PSG to complete the easy to win league challenge.

Did that even touch his head?

Burn has been fucking honking
He needs replacing, hes not a left back. Before anyone says it, I know he's part of the best defence in the league, but we ned someone who offers something going forward too.

Hopefully this result gives Man City extra incentive to batter Spurs

Chelsea just the new Brighton. Lots of nice passing but not enough goals.

Unless the tapes were shown to be fake i dont See how the CPS wouldnt have enough to go to trial with

How many years ago was that foul by Fabinho though? Bruno’s foul was as clear a red as you’ll ever see. Bruno was booked initially, VAR gave the red. Fabinho’s tackle predates VAR
It was this weekend

Please don’t try ands defend it, everyone else in here has said it’s a Red.
Im not trying to defend it - i said it was a bad tackle. I was just asking why it was any different to Fabinho's
-
Its a bad tackle, but is it any worse than Fabinho's against Brighton?

The hope is that Chelsea get desperate to get some players off their wage bill.

BBC woman on final score saying she danced when Rigg scored, such obvious bias, might have to dash an email off in disgust.
More annoyed she didnt say 'dance a jig' tbh

I think there's less risk in this deal than people think. In three years he's still only 24 and English.
If he's awesome after some Howe coaching then we've won big time and could sell him for significantly more if we wanted to. If he's solid with some highs and lows and we continue to progress and bring in players past his level we'll probably get our money back in a couple years. In the worst case scenario where he really struggles and is mostly a squad player we probably still get roughly half the fee back from whoever the Nottingham Forest is in 2025/2026.
Yeah. Young and english is about as safe as you can get in FFP terms

Am I the only one who is completely underwhelmed by the potential signing of Gordon!
No, I think the majority on here feel the same.

How would you have felt if one of our players had done that?
If a load of our fans had chased his car and put a roadblock up to stop him getting away i think i'd be fairly sympathetic
Edit:. Sorry, thought you were talking about Gordon. I would have been pretty pissed off if it was one of ours in the Fraser situation

Redcafe thread good reading from tonight's game. Love how much they hate us now
I can understand other fans disliking our players. I dont get the hate for Eddie Howe though - hes always calm, fair and measured

The head injury rule really needs looking at. We use it to our advantage as much as everyone else but the amount of stoppages these days that are down to supposed head injuries is ridiculous
