We were unlucky yesterday, but if we had a better attacking play and played more positive from the start (last 15 was really good, the first 75, nja) we maybe should have created more. I just feel it´s this small things that holds us back. We still has a lot of crappy players (Jonas and Obertan as our wing players at home ffs) but I´m still uncertain about his priority in selecting players.

I don´t think anyone is questing that he is a good keeper or especially a fantastic shot-stoper. He just needs to boss his box better before he can be "the best".

Not the ideal starter. Feels like a Joker in that sense that he has the potential to win a game, but sometimes he just go missing.

Is it better to have a LB that only have a left foot that only can threaten with crosses after been running the sideline? Santon would be even better if he would have a left foot. But he is still so good that it doesn´t really matter for me. If this was FM he would never leave this club

Of course he´s no Shearer, but he´s a completely different player. You can´t play long high balls to Cissé. Would you do that to Messi too and then complain that he can´t compete in the air?

I think as a whole team we should train to play it out better. We had nothing when Spurs put that pressure on us. Every time Krul hit it long you just know that we are going to lose the ball, depressing.

Yeah, good post. It´s really felt that Pardew was out coached with the high pressure and shooting down our best players. Fair play to them, but it was frustrating.
