Moving what’s always been a 9.30am affair to 1.30pm is still a little suspicious like.

Is it that the media team simply still don’t know what might happen?

Still have to keep up with media obligations I suppose as we can't postpone things forever.

24 hours left to get him binned off before Sunday's game.

This is sinking in as each minute passes and the more and more I watch and hear. I havent felt this this since... Probably Bobby. Even Rafa era was no where near because of the caveats that were impossible to ignore. That was some sunny days during a perpetual winter. But this is me all in again. Tempted to paint black stripes on my house in Leeds. Fuck it I dont even want to live here anymore I want to come back!! My identity is back.

This is exactly how I feel at the moment (well apart from painting black stripes on a house in Leeds ). Well summed up.

I just hope it's kids and people who don't often go that are there today, whereas regular matchgoers will give him pelters.

Even then though, what logical reason is there for any sort of support for Bruce? Can understand a positive reception for the players / the team and being back at St James' Park but giving Bruce some love in is not at all acceptable.

Honest and realistic my fucking hole. The whole operation is disingenuous to the extreme. Laughable how melts like Chris Waugh get taken in by a few soundbites.

This is the primary reason why I have little to no respect to Mark Douglas as well, they're all happy to toe the line as long as they get to speak to the club.

Need more Craig Hopes in our lives.

Unfortunately, I reckon you could be correct about that.

It might take another ten seasons of target premier league survival only before they realise.

If 14 years of Mike Ashley is having no effect on them, they've got no hope.

  6. Absolutely crucial that Jones remains part of the England coaching setup for next year's World Cup - Southgate needs that additional opinion/influence to balance out his conservative tactics.

My overall feeling is Southgate is still the one for the job as his way of thinking is more suited to a tournament format rather than a club setting. This England team has done us proud this summer and you can't dismiss the good Southgate has done (managing the media well, getting that team spirit up and galvanising his players and the country); no-one is perfect though so some criticism does need to land at Southgate's door (namely the lack of any attacking nous in the second half and basically offering Italy to attack us).

There are positives and negatives to take from this but ultimately, the main negative came at the wrong time. You'd hope we analyse what's gone right (and build on it) and what's gone wrong (and rectify it) and we'll be properly prepare for next year's World Cup.

What a thrilling day of football! All squared up for us to stink it out tomorrow and fluff another amazing chance at actually winning something

It'll probably be the case that we'll win tomorrow but then lose to Sweden in the quarter finals with Krafth scoring the winner
