I agree that we have brought very well but our most important target during transfer widow was to replace Carroll Ashley failed. We had 6 months and i knowwe had players reject us but we had enough time to get a replacement, i dont blame carr as he just targets them I blame MA and DL for negotiating so strictly it was a "we tried" attitude. For us to move forward all member of the board have to leave.

To become a premier league owner you have to pass the fit and proper test, i feel this test should be carried out every 2-4 yrs to make sure clubs are being ran correctly and proper with the best interest of the club at heart. Not a chance would Ashley pass this test, this would be the only way i could see him leave.

Lets hope we dont rush him make in desperation of getting the team through until the jan transfer window.

Happy with who we have signed but it doesn't matter how many play makers we have if there is not a decent striker in to finish it off. rated it 5

And yet it's the same every single summer. You're right, I remember starting the 05-06 season with Shearer, Shola & Chopra as our only 3 strikers for the first 4 games. At least we had a proven goal scorer in Shearer. Ba scored for WHU but not proven for us.

I agree, im very happy with the player we have in and once we have a new left back and the right type of forward that will round of a good transfer window. Its just a shame we didnt have those 2 players in already.
