What I've never understood is how Colo seemingly kept siding with Pardew even after his mate Jonas got treated so appallingly.

It beggars belief, but it's been quite widely reported that he was the one who forced Ben Arfa out for not apologising sufficiently to Pardew after a bust up between the two.

Nah I'm unconvinced about that. Not all of them obviously. Colo, Willo, Elliott, Dummett and the likes wouldn't have, but I think there are quite a few in that dressing room glad to see the back of him.

The players hated him too, no doubt about it.
