He just has no clue how to set up a team at all, it just seems to be about individuals and how they create "magic".

I know we're worried about who'd we get in if we sack him, but honestly i think it's getting to the point we have to take the risk..

Completely agree, I mean if you look at swansea they can swap players in and out of their team and they still look just as good. We make like one change to our first 11 and we look as if we're a different side.

No matter what players you have out, they should still be able to resemble a team, this lot don't, they just stand around watching each other have the ball. When our midfield have the ball its like a static line of 3 across the middle of the pitch, no fucking movement what so ever. Honestly.. what the fuck do they do at training, headers and volleys?

I genuinely believe nobody at the club cares about losing this match. It's bound to translate onto the pitch, no matter what the manager may say. TBF there aren't many players not involved that could be. s*** squad is s***. Oh I don't disagree, but last year the team was much stronger than this and the performance was the same. We struggle to play against teams who keep possession because we have no game plan of our own, we can't keep the ball for more than 2 minutes. We're soo static they can just pass around us with ease.

Could just be a case of he needs a new club to regain his form. If he's unhappy where he is at the moment it'll be hard to perform how he wants.

He makes mistake after mistake, he'd be just as bad.

You just know he wants someone to play in a 4-4-2 like he tried at the start of the season.
