Apparently not, at least anyone signed in the last 18 months (which is around 40 of them). Supposedly they have a stricter wage structure in place.

He does look small for a CB mind, noticeable in the tunnel there.

He’s had talks with Arsenal and Spurs and both out off after meeting him due to his character/personality.
