Press conference Friday will answer any questions. If he takes it he’s in charge and if not then I assume he won’t be.
Maybe they are doing it tactically waiting till later in the week for maximum euphoria
Im just basing it off Caulkin saying they are nowhere near the decision making stage yet and won’t be for sometime. If this is true it literally leaves us with Bruce or Jones.
Got to wonder that the plan is then ? Is it going to be Bruce or jones till then, either way doesn’t fill me with hope that we can get out of the relegation zone
Talk of the process and taking time is understandable and fine in most circumstances but we don’t have a lot of time to get it right so we stay up this season.
I’ve wondered since reading that PIF have the final decision on everything how this might effect us long term. Say we have a transfer target do they have to compile loads of information on him before saying we can or can’t buy him ? Could mean we miss out on a lot of players ?
Is that really any worse than what we have currently ?
Bruce being there on Sunday dampens the atmosphere imo and we can’t afford to keep letting games go
Trying to think of logical reasons to keep him, only one I can think of is jones doesn’t fancy caretaker role or they don’t fancy jones for it and want them all out together
I can’t see them looking into his contract or anything contract related delaying this, managers get sacked all the time sometimes hours after a game, if they want him out they sack him it’s as simple as that.
