People just need to chill a bit. It was only about a week ago, when we all thought the takeover was going to take until at least January (if it even happened then), and we would be stuck with Bruce until at least then. Like everyone, I want rid of Bruce, but if we need to wait an extra week or two to make the correct appointment, then so be it.

This annoys me as well, it’s not like the Saudi’s are going to spend every penny of their wealth on us so the figure is irrelevant.

Maybe I’m getting carried away and going a bit ‘football manager’ on this, but I’m not understanding anyone who would want Potter, Howe or anyone of that standing. Don’t get me wrong, if they were offered as replacements for Bruce when it looked like the takeover wasn’t happening, I would have snapped your hand off. However, we have just been given the resources to play with the big boys and surely we need a proven big name, to start attracting the top level players.
