Probably shouldn't have your best player running time down, so he gets hacked to shreds.

Done with this thread! I'm cracking up over here!
-
Bryan Ruiz still a Fulham player? Cheeky bid on the cheap?
-
Man, this isn't good for England.

God, that's given me a violent erection.

Great play Cavani. Everyone sleeping.
They're not, like. That'd be ridiculous.

Uruguay have no pace or athleticism outside of Cavani.

Gutsy header that. What a World Cup this is!

Great finish. Costa Rica are playing some football.

Phwoar!!! Roaring pace from Ibarbo!
He's the one we were linked with I believe.

Why no Jackson Martinez? He's quality!
Where does this Gutierrez they're playing instead play?
River Plate
Interesting. Can't believe he's keeping out Martinez and Bacca.

Great stuff. Gol!!!

The thing about Sterling too, is that he presses really well, and gets back defensively. Not sure how some thing he wouldn't be ready. Not sure what they think he won't do well.
-
Sterling is nowhere near ready to be starting games for England at a World Cup.
Why?

Nice to really be able to just enjoy football again. Well, until Monday anyway.

Hodgson in one of th einterviews was going on about not playing youth until they're ready.
I will never understand this.
Well, it's provably the most simple concept known to man.
I do agree Welbeck shouldn't start tomorrow, mind. He's a good player but we've got much better.
This guy! You might want to include the rest of my post, rather than take that bit completely out of context.
Sterling and Barkley are ready enough, considering the season they've just had, and the fact that the alternative is Welbeck!!!

I will never understand this. After the kind of season's Sterling and Barkley have had this is when you have to put them out there to keep riding the wave they're on. They're full of confidence and everyone is clamouring for them to play.
Hodgson literally has nothing to lose here really. If they struggle then bring them off early.
I mean you're really going to pick Welbeck over these guys? He is a back up aty Man U that hardly featured this season past. I don't get it.

I meant they should probably have one of their lesser players do it instead!
