Xhaka is so slow and dumb.

Can't believe Klopp didn't start Nunez. Think he would have rattled Holding and Gabriel more than Gakpo will.

My God ... the football from Arsenal just then.

Golazo!

Liverpool looking a shambles already

Waiting for you to confirm what a sensible fee for Isak would have been in your opinion, since £60 million was 'extremely high'.

On the flip side Casemiro is one of the most decorated players of all time and has been undeniably world class for a long, long time.
Isak is a striker with a 1 in 3 record.
Both fees were too high.
You're so funny man
A 1 in 3 striker is your go to line it seems.
Thank God we didn't judge him just based on his '1 in 3' and instead looked deeper than that.
Going to be fun watching him continue to tear things up in the Prem as the team around him improves further.
And we'll see who you lot blow another fortune on this summer in comparison!

With how much we are being linked with Maddison, I'm surprised Majer isn't mentioned as well. Very similar player but for half the price.
He is playing worse this season than last though, and he wouldn't really fit in our pressing scheme, but if we need more quality on the ball he would be a decent option.
Interesting. Would you say he can he play on the right hand side in our 4-3-3 system? Or would he be more of a number 8?

Casemiro's fee was only deemed excessive because of his age.
Isak is almost a decade younger!

Yes, its been amazing the last 3 games that him Gvardiol played as a pair. It feels like having 2 midfielders as centre backs.
What do you think of Lovro Majer? We've been linked with him not too long ago. Do you rate him?

I like Martial and think he's a capable player, but we definitely overpaid at the time and I don't think he's anywhere close to world class, whereas you think Isak is a world beater and well worth £60m+ after a mere 900 minutes. That's the difference.
No need to mock the per 90 stats. You brought them up. And in goal contributions per game your boy is worse than Martial.
Worth noting that I said Isak was a good signing, and I think he's a good player. Doesn't change that £60m was expensive.
Isak has been considered one of the most talented young strikers in the game for a while now. How much did you think we should have paid for him?
Considering the likes of yourselves are blowing £90 million for Antony and Chelsea are blowing the same on Mudryk, I think we did very well.

What has Martial got to do with anything? But if you're going there Martial, who many on here think is shit, has 1 goal or assist every 90 minutes in the PL this season. Isak has 0.88...
Discuss.
EDIT: idiot.
For what you paid for Antony we managed to get Isak AND Guimaraes man
Why are you even commenting on our singings man? Chill out. Be humble

It was Lovren during most of the World Cup(most Croatian didnt like that decision but he played well so its hard to argue), he played only against Morocco in the 3rd player match. That match is probably the only one where we dominated, besides Canada in the group stage.
He did play against France when we beat them in Paris in Nations League. He and Stanisic made Mbappe invisible.
Ah, okay. I think I remember him from that Morocco game, as I remember wondering who the guy alongside Gvardiol was, as he looked really good as well.

Looks like it will happen that he'll leave or that he'll come here?
That we'll bid for him due to that release clause.

Looks like it might happen is probably saying too muchHope it does mind. Not sure where or if correct but I read somewhere that he wants Arsenal move. Think I read RM too. We would be a very good next move for him like.
I meant that we will bid, but yeah, the word is he wants Arsenal or Real, but not sure how true all that is.

The state of this Rutter fellow. Pathetic dive.

2 goals for Ayew is the ultimate disgrace
-
Eze moved out to the left now. Think he should start there and make that his position. Looks so much more dangerous in that position IMO.
-
That was a clinical finish by Edouard. I think under the right manager in a more attacking side he'd be so much better. Was ridiculous at Celtic.

Think sacking Vieira might’ve been the right move, you know?
Maybe ... however, I think he would have got results against these other teams down there.
We'll never know now though. They'll be happy as long as they stay up so fair play.

Relegation battle is going to be amazing in the final weeks.
Relegation. European places. Title. Everything.
Been a fantastic season, and it's going to be an epic finish.

Just clicked that they didn't start Gnonto. Bad move.

I'm probably biased as a Croatian but I think Sutalo from Dinamo Zagreb would be a fantastic signing at RCB.
He is young (just turned 23), very modern centre back. Will probably go to RB Leipzig or a similar club for £20m pounds this year, and then be sold for £40-50m in a year or two so it would be smarter to buy him now.
He's been excellent for our National team and for Dinamo in the UCL. Very similar to Schar playstyle wise, fantastic technique and very calm on the ball. Also faster than Schar, but also makes a mistake here and there which is to be expected from a young player.
Don't think we'll sign him, he will probably go somewhere where he will be a guaranteed starter, but with us playing European football, we will have lot more minutes to give at centre back positions.
Was it him alongside Gvardiol at the World Cup?
If so I really liked him and that's a great shout. Didn't realise he was so young.
Yes please!
